Be aware that there is a 'customer satisfaction' survey that you are supposed
to complete after the lab. Cisco takes those surveys fairly seriously, so don't
miss out on the opportunity to comment on your experience.

On my first attempt, i had a proctor who was probably the most unhelpful bloke
i've ever met! So much for Cisco's statement of "the proctors are there to
help you!"
On my second and final attempt, i had the pleasure of having coming across the
most pleasant lady in Sao Paulo. She definately made the whole experience more
comfortable.
