I add another router connected to the hub using the same subnet and it
DID work; apparently it is necessary to add #isis priority 100 on the hub
interface. Other than that if all dlcis are ok it will work.
I did not tested, but I believe that the combination 1A) HUB-AND-SPOKE
USING MULTIPOINT SUBINT (FAILS) should work as well, using the same
command above.
