Check speed / duplex on other side.
I believe speed 10 there:

FastEthernet0/14 unassigned YES unset up up
c1(config)#int fa0/14
c1(config-if)#spe
c1(config-if)#speed 100
stor04bce12-3c1(config-if)#^Z
Apr 25 17:03:23: %LINEPROTO-5-UPDOWN: Line protocol on Interface
FastEthernet0/1
4, changed state to down
FastEthernet0/14 unassigned YES unset down down
c1(config)#int fa0/14
c1(config-if)#speed 10
Apr 25 17:03:52: %LINK-3-UPDOWN: Interface FastEthernet0/14, changed state
to up
Apr 25 17:03:52: %LINEPROTO-5-UPDOWN: Line protocol on Interface
FastEthernet0/1
4, changed state to up
FastEthernet0/14 unassigned YES unset up up
