hi Rick,

i just cleared R&S in feb and will be starting my security prep in a weeks
time.This is how i plan to go about....

plan to do MCNS, Advanced PIX and basics of IDS and VPN 3000 b4 appearing
for the security written exam....which i plan to give in a months time.I
also have labs of "hello Computer" but i really dont know how good they
are....i think that even i might have to go for the ipexpert
labs.....howmuch time do u think it would take to prepare for the security
lab exam??? do u have any practice labs ?? maybe we can help each other out
bud....lemme know...
