    All,

    Looking for some good input on whos security labs are the best. Has anyone
done IPexperts? I really liked their R/S labs, so I would expect them to be
the same caliber.
Also, I have a PIX 501 will this suffice for the IPexpert labs, and the CCIE
security lab prep? Also, looking for opinions about the doing the CSSP to lead
up to the CCIE security while practicing the labs for the security lab in
parallel. What about IDS training. I don't have a lot of security training at
this time, so almost starting from the ground up. Any advices greatly welcome.
I just passed my R/S and I need a new goal!
