VoIP setup, that connect branch offices to the head office PBX (3640 with
E&M (E1 signaling) in HO)

When call progress between two 1751 2V, there is a 18 second silent between
dialing digits and in getting back ring tone.

This seems not to be happening between 1750 2v.

The configuration is same between 1750 and 1751

Can anybody give me a suggestion to decrease this delay or add some tone to
this silent period?
