Ironically after spending time testing FRTS out in a lab I'm beginning
to think that no ones answer has been 100% correct or 100% wrong ;-) And
hence none to the docs is 100% correct or even agrees with other
documentation (imagine that ;-). I've found as others have found many
docs that contradict other docs relating to FRTS.

Let me test this out a little more than I'll report to the list my
results. I think that we'll all be surprised.

Also as a side note I'm extremely impressed by the accuracy of the stats
from the various show commands (show traffic-shape statistics, show int,
etc). I can account for every packet and every bit I send through the
router.
