I just did this last week. Just connect a DB-9 connector (Cisco console
connector) to the IP 440 console port and plug in the octal cable into that
connector. Same term settings as Cisco.

Has anyone done this before ? I am looking for the cable or pinouts to
connect from the 2600's octal sync cable to a Nokia/Checkpoint Firewall ?
Thanks
