Got this today and it makes CCO a little more user friendly and it
seems to work:)

Hello,
The "Search" field in the upper-right corner of all Cisco.com Web
pages now provides direct access to four technical support tools on
the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) Web Site: the Cisco
Error Message Decoder, the Cisco SNMP Object Navigator, the Cisco
Bug Toolkit, and the Cisco TAC Case Query tool.
Use the "Search" field on any Cisco.com page by entering:
* A console error message -- your results will include a link to the
Error Message Decoder's analysis of the message. You need to be
logged in to Cisco.com to see these search results.
* A Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) ID, SNMP name, or
Management Information Base (MIB) name -- your results will
include a link to the SNMP Object Navigator so you can determine
in which MIB file an object resides, and get information about
specific objects within the MIB file. You need to be logged in to
Cisco.com to see these search results.
* A bug ID -- your results will include a link to that bug in the Bug
Toolkit. You'll find this link above the regular search results, in
a section called "Best Bets." After you click this link, you'll need
to log in with your Cisco.com user ID and password to access
information about the bug.
* A TAC case number -- your results will include a link to that case
in the TAC Case Query tool. You'll find this link above the regular
search results, in a section called "Best Bets." After you click
this link, you'll need to log in with your Cisco.com user ID and
password to access the case information.

Please feel free to send this message to anyone you know who might
find this information useful. Also, if you have any thoughts or
suggestions about Cisco TAC News messages such as this one, you
can e-mail me at mailto:tacnews-feedback@cisco.com.
