  It's a connected interface, create it and it will be in your routing
table.

C3550-L3#sh ip int bri
Interface IP-Address OK? Method Status
Port-channel64 unassigned YES unset down
    down

Loopback10 100.1.1.1 YES manual up
    up

C3550-L3#sh ip ro 100.1.1.1
Routing entry for 100.1.1.0/24
  Known via "connected", distance 0, metric 0 (connected, via interface)
  Routing Descriptor Blocks:
  * directly connected, via Loopback10
      Route metric is 0, traffic share count is 1

C3550-L3#
