1) Yes, on FR you have to enable rsvp on both main and sub interfaces.
2) I'm not sure, but I don't think you need to exlicitly configure WFQ in
such a scenario.

The docs say: "When both RSVP and CBWFQ are configured for an interface,
RSVP and CBWFQ act independently, exhibiting the same behavior that they
would if each were running alone."

How RSVP and CBWFQ traffic is chosen over one or the other when the
interface transmit ring is ready to send, I'm not sure. I'm having trouble
finding information on this. Anyone out there can shed some light?
