isdn dialer watch strange question?

Hi,group:
I do a lab about isnd dialer watch used backup ethernet link in ospf non-backbone area,when i first config it,it is ok! but after dialer router reload,dialer watch don't any things,whether ethernet link is up or down.i don't config any router-id,my config is fully according cco ,thank you for any advice!
