Need some information / help on wccp.

PC---------R1--------Cache Engine
        e1

If I want to rediect the http traffic coming from
the PC (On interface e1) to the Cache Engine shall i use
"ip wccp web-cache redirect in" on interface e1

If I want to redirect the http traffic going out e0 to the cache engine
should I use the command "ip wccp web-cache redirect out" on
e0 interface.
