BGP: how to filter by "atomic aggregate" attribute

Is there a way to filter BGP routes by the "atomic aggregate" discretionary
attribute?

I tried to write a route-map that can distinguish between a locally generated
aggregate address and a locally injected route without specifying the IP.

The BGP specific "match" commands don't seem to provide a means to do so.

TIA
