Hi. It is a bit confusing from the email thread, but I believe that, in
your latest email, you may be telnetting from the wrong router.
Your busy-message for a certain router is configured on the router that
you are telnetting from. So, if you have a busy-message configured for
r2511, on 2511b, which you do, then you should get that message when
telnetting from 2511b to 2511. Your first email shows you telnetting
that way. But this latest one seems to show you telnetting from 2511 to
2511b, so you will not see the message this way (unless you added one on
2511).
With this config on 2511b, fill up 2511's sessions.
busy-message r2511 ^C Busy-message for 2511 ^C
Any easy way to do that is to keep telnetting back and forth between
2511 and 2511b, until 2511 is full. Then your telnet to 2511, from
2511b, should fail with the message that you configured.
