Hi ,
normally the command bandwidth percent would use the bandwidth command as a reference. However, for frame-relay this does not apply. For frame-relay the minCIR is the value used as a reference for bandwidht-percent command. if minCIR is not defined the
default is to 1/2 of the CIR.

I have a question about translate CQ to CBWFQ.when using CBWFQ,what difference between the command bandwidth XXX and bandwidth percent ZZ?and if I use "bandwidth percent",must I use a reference bandwidth on the interface and change max-band with 100%?
and if i use "bandwidth",must I use the two commands? thanks
