Not really sure about the requirement. Is the requirement to make 150.50.200.0/24 looks like originated from AS 2 instead of AS1 without any restriction ?
If so why not denied the advertisement from AS1, create a loopback and redistribute it to BGP with the network command or redistribute connected ? I suppose that can work if there is no restriction on the requirement.

when u aggregate on r2....dont base the aggregate on the subnet of
150.50.200.0 i.e use advertise-map and deny network 150.50.200.0
aggregate on R2 using 150.50.200.0 255.255.255.0 summary-only
