Hi,
set the dialer idle-timeout to 0 on the other end and it will be OK.
seems like the other end is disconencting the call, you also can remove
dialer-group from the other end as all decisions should be based on
the router which is watching the route.

Subject: dialer-watch flapping

Hi, everybody!

My dialer watch is behaving very strangely. It dials upon losing the primary
routes and neighbor relationship establishes---that's great, but at the end
of idle time-out however, it would take down the dialer interface. A little
later though, it would redial based on lost primary routes. If I read it
right, at the end of idle timeout, dialer watch is supposed to check if
primary route is there, and if it is not, if will reset its timer----not to
tear down the call. Following is a log of the debug dialer(sorry, it is
kind of long), I would appreciate your help:

-----following you can see dialer watch initate dialing upon losing primary
