To all of those who have replied to my post, let me say thank you so much!!!

I should have realized since it was such a silly mistake. Thanks again.

In hindsight, would I be correct to assume that the only time one needs to use the
"neighbor" command is if someone wants to send EIGRP "unicast" updates instead of
multicast (224.0.0.10)?

Also, EIGRP can form adjacency on all types of NBMA networks like FR, ATM etc? (just
by "network" statements)?
