If in OSPF you have to configure area 1, area 2, area0 where area 1 do not
touch area 0.
Will you configure a virtual link or you will wait to be told to do so.
I think it will have to be common sense.

I always use "no auto-summary" when doing labs even if not asked to do so.
My IGP scores in my lab make me wonder if it costs me points to do this
when
not told to do it.
Any general consensus on this? Do most of you wait to be told to do this
before turning this feature off?
