Hey Mike,

Thanks for the sample lab. I didn't know this lab existed.

However, that didn't address my quesion. I knew there were 2 ways to config
VTP just like there are 2 ways to config vlans. The question, though, is
what happens if you're not consistent. Does it cause any problem if you use
1 method to config some things and use the other method for other things?

Notice that in the 3550 config guide that it talks about differences between
the 2 methods when it comes to saving the config. (Although, I read about
it a couple times, but I can't say that I really understood it.) Because of
this, I wonder, for example, if it's possible that all may seem OK until the
switch is rebooted.
