The 3rd access-list 1st octet is it 45 or is it a typo
and is it 65
because with 45 being there
my access-list with one line is kind of weird
look at the answer:
0.44.45.0 mask is 111.65.66.255
if the 3rd access-list had 65 in the 1st octed instead
then the answer becomes
64.44.45.0 mask is 47.65.66.255
