How to get your Xyplex Maxserver working as a terminal server!

I spent a full week doing this. It works. I went all over the web for information. To save everyone time I will post my config so it can go in the archives to help people. I checked the archives myself but in my case they didn't help.
 
I will post my config once I have had a chance to burn it in but meantime it seems A1.
 
Nothing I found on the web or on archives gave me what I needed. So far as I know my solution is undocumented.
 
Thanks to Gene for the software and Scott Morris who I ran my debugs by and who offered useful commands, thanks also to the French MRV guy who offered stuff that helped to get the ports working. All that plus trial and error got it working.
 
If you do buy a Maxserver 1600 and its ok, it will work without a card.
 
I will post more details soon after more testing, but meantime email me if you need any tips!
