200!!!!!

We have 400,000 web users external, hitting multiple clustered web farms,
600+ internal
friendlies and all 4 dmz's passing traffic, with incoming IPSec terminating
on the outside and on
2 of the 4 dmz's.

I think with 200 you may be ok.
