I'm going to assume you are referring to BGP. For BGP you can use the
"show ip bgp neighbors <neighbor's ip address> advertised-routes"
command to see what routes you are sending.

If you are a real internetworking expert you should be able to view your
routing table and configuration and know what routes you are sending.
