I updated your OSPF neighbor chart and added some notes below.
Side A Side B Works Remedy Needed
P2P P2P yes none
P2M P2M yes none
Broadcast BC yes none
Non-broadcast non-BC yes neighbor command
Broadcast non-BC yes adjust hello and/or dead
timers
P2P P2M yes adjust hello
and/or dead timers
P2P non-BC no no remedy
P2M non-BC no no remedy
P2P BC no no remedy
P2M BC no no remedy
Note: Possible issues with DR election with broadcast and non-broadcast
network types in a hub and spoke environment. Set the spokes to have an
OSPF priority of "0".
Note: Only use the neighbor command on the hub if using non-broadcast
network type (default for physical interfaces and multipoint
subinterfaces).
Note: If using P2P in a hub and spoke environment the hub will have to
be P2M if there is more than one neighbor off the hub's interface. P2P
and P2M will neighbor as long as the hello and dead timers match.
