I think this will work assuming an RJ45 type cable and jacks

In both directions

Crossover pin 5 on one side to pin 2 on the other
Crossover pin 1 on one side to pin 4 on the other

Hello,
 
   Can someone tell me what I need to do in order to connect two Adtran
ACE DSU/CSU back to back to emulate a T1 network? Instead of using a
DTE/DCE crossover cable between two routers, I want to use two CSUs.
