There is no such thing " more direct".
You could turn on debug mode also and watch the hellos.
Use timestamps and log.

Simple question that I couldnt figure out last night.
Where do you see the eigrp hello timer settings?
I figured out that you could watch the hold timer count down and infer
the hello time setting, but I was looking for something more direct.
