Yes, reboot your whole rack before your check. Most importantly, make
sure you save your configs on every router before you reboot. I forgot
to save my configs on one router, but fortunately, I only had to
re-enter two lines.

Beware that the proctor doesn't sit down at your seat and check
the same way you check. Most of the reachability requirements
are automated. From anywhere to anywhere is hard to test
empirically.

Also, they may reboot your whole rack, then check it. If you
have time, you should reboot your own rack before you do your
final check.
