Totally anything is a cisco term for stub areas that do not receive the
full compliment of inter-area LSA's (type 3). These receive only a single
0/0 prefix in either a type 3/5 or 7 LSA depending upon the
implementation. Some implementations allow the control of this last item
as well. Totally NSSA would simply be an NSSA where the ABRs restrict type
3's in addition to 4/5's.
