Actually if you consider using the dialer profile, it is an interface
that is pretty much point-to-point. So all broadcasts are automatically
integrated.

You need to make sure of a number of things first.

The dialer interface has to have a pool member. It has to have a
dialer-group. Has to have a remote name. The pool tells it which
intefaces to use for outbound. The dialer-group says what
protocols/addresses/sockets are "interesting" to allow it to light up
the connection.

Best thing to do is to try pinging the remote address first. Can you do
this?

If you are having problems dialing up, try using the debug dialer
packets to see the interesting vs. uninteresting events. You can also
find out if you forgot to bind it to a pool.

I find dialer profile infinitely easier than legacy dialing to make
things work.

So tell me again. How do I set my laser printer to stun?

Subject: ospf on demand with dialer profiles.

Hi group,

Just wanted to ask your help regarding subj. Couldn't make it work. Is
it possible at all? If so I would appreciate any advices and/or links.

Just one more question. Is there a way to specify the broadcast
parameter with dialer profiles like we do with dialer maps? Or better
said, should we specify the broadcast parameter with dialer profiles? If
yes, how?

Thank you very much,
Cezar Fistik
