Thanks for your help! I had an erroneous undestanding of how to use this
command: you must put it in the router that launchs the telnet, not in the
remote router. Then, if all 5 vty lines of the remote router are busy (and
only if you are telnetting to it using its hostname, not the ip address)
the message you configured appears.

fiajte esta configuracion
Router 1:
ip host r5 133.3.5.5
busy-message r5 C no more line Vty C

Usa las 4 lines vty del router R5, y cuando quieras hacer un telnet desde
r1
a r5 , y al no tener r5 mas disponibles te saldra el mensaje que pusistes
"no more line Vty "
