Cisco CD goes to internet...

I am having a strange problem with the Doc CD. I go ahead and load it
like normal, then select any IOS and the next page comes up to the
cisco.com site and not accessing the files from the disc. Has anyone
else run across this problem?
 
It appears to be with JUST that selection as the others goto 127.0.0.1/
 
Any ideas or is this normal?
