fyi... my mistake on that last... llc2 = dlsw lite

from what I understand, fst and direct support token ring only, therefore
tcp and dlsw lite are the only 2 still required on lab scenarios.

tcp
dlsw remote-peer 0 tcp 1.1.1.1

dlsw lite
dlsw remote-peer 0 frame-relay interface serial 0 102
frame-relay map llc2 102 broadcast

you are using direct encap which requires an llc2 mapping

frame-relay map llc2 102 broadcast

be sure to do it on both sides of the virtual circuit
