dscp 63 = ip precedence 7 for the actual call stream
dscp 63 = ip precedence 7 for the signaling such as call set-up
dscp 43 = ip prec 5 actually dscp 40 to 47 is back compatible to ip
precedence 5 but 43 is what is actually used for voice stream.
for signaling normally this is ip precedence 3 so it should be dscp 20 to
31.
But are you sure there is no ip precendence 5 under the voip peer on 12.2
version?
