I think the only thing you can't do that isn't explicitly mentioned is
change the preconfigured IP addresses and masks. Everything else that is
prohibited is most likely spelled out or hinted at. Considering loopbacks
are a common tool, they probably wouldn't go to the trouble to say you could
use them, but instead say you can't use them. Like static routes...
