I recommend distribute-list to deny locally sourced routes incoming from the
other protocol.

Hi Folks,

1)What is the best way to avoid redistribution loops if we are
redistributing
at two points in the network.
2)By just redistributing with metrics, are we good.
3)I have read cisco documentation and seen the usage of Tag parameter when
redistributing into OSPF, how good is that.

Any good links on CCO, will be a great help.
