Teaming using Compaq will also allow you to do transmit load balancing. This
feature is switch independent and as long as you are teaming, in my opinion
you might as well take advantage of it if it does not present issue for you
app. It will balance transmit across all members of the team interface
although traffic will still only be received by the primary member of the
NIC team.
