RE: EIGRP Summary-address behavior

If the EIGRP summary is not in the local RIB, there is a potential for a
routing loop. Generally there appears to be a lot of focus from people on
"getting rid of it" from the RIB (perhaps due to rumour about lab
requirements) with apparently less focus on what purpose it serves and what
the ramifications could be once removed. Hopefully I have misread the
situation and that everybody is actually quite clear on the potential
consequences of removing the summary from the RIB.
