Sage,
As you sed it is voice over IP,
doesn't matter what kind of layer 2 is used.
FR as layer 2 is used for VoFR.
The following examples show basic configurations for POTS and VoIP dial
peers:
dial-peer voice 1 pots
destination-pattern 555
port 1/0:1
dial-peer voice 2 voip
destination-pattern 333
session target ipv4:192.168.1.1
