Create a frame map statement for the local interface. Just use a DLCI
for a neighbor who has a map back to the local interface.
The ping will travel to the neighbor and the neighbor will send it back.

Subject: A Frame Relay router cannot ping itself?
Does anyone know how to allow a router with a frame-relay interface to
be able to ping it's own FR interface? This would make my ping tests
run a lot smoother.
