What are the requirements that are causing you problems with CQ or LLQ?

In LLQ, IP Video will go into the class defined with "priority" and the
DECNET will go into the default class. So long as the aggregate bandwidth
defined for your non-default classes leaves enough of a margin for the
desired DECNET bandwidth plus overhead, you should be OK.
