especially when running a routing protocol on a 3550.

Could you show us the routing table for the router on one of the OSPF
routers? When "ip eigrp summary" is configured the summarized routes will
not be advertised in EIGRP updates out that interface. Auto-summary is
relevant only when you have EIGRP peers on subnets that are not of the same
major IP as the route you are trying to advertise (in your case the
150.50.0.0 interfaces).
