Eric,
Networks 160.60.60.x /27 will also be advertised by eigrp 34 through
interfaces on network  150.50.0.0 /16 including subnets.  Is it possible
that your ospf asbr's are finding out about the specific routes through
interfaces other than Vlan3 . If so , then has the eigrp summary address
been applied to those SVI's s well ?
