I need to be more clear.
The task calls for eigrp to send one route for these loopback networks.
I got it to work I am just trying to find out is there another way and is
the way I am doing the acceptable practice. It seems to be at least as far
as I can tell

When redistributing from another protocol into OSPF, "summary address"
command is recommended for summarizing redistributed routes. You need to
configure this on the ASBR.
