My approach would be:

(1) Take your time to read the scenario and draw the map.

(2) Get your frame-relay up (using map statements everywhere; no inverse-arp
unless directed to use point-to-point subint) and reboot those routers.

(3) While they are rebooting, set up VTP, VLANs, trunking, and port vlan
assignments.

(4) Get all IGPs working correctly, and get ATM link up; but no
redistribution or ISDN.

(5) IGP redistribution.

(6) ISDN. (reboot routers again).

(7) If plenty of time left, just work through the rest in order. Not much
time, then get the important topics first ... bgp, multicast, dlsw, voice.
