For this scenario:
two (2) conditions must be meet before rip
(classfull) protocol will redistribute:
a) the R2 loopback 130.130.100.1/27 must be within the
same major network (130.130.0.0) as the link between
R2 and R3 (130.130.10.0/24) This condition is meet.
b) the second condition is the subnet mask value of R2
loopback (XX.XX.XX.XX/27) must equal the subnet mask
value of the link b/w R2---R3(XX.XX.XX.XX/24). This
second condition is Not meet in this scenario.
Therefore NO RIP REDISTRIBUTION.
