We all have access to Cisco for everything else to so why ask any questions
here?

But I see your point and why you might interpret it that way. It doean't
really matter anyway.

It get's old seeing all this violating the NDA stuff. I have never seen
anyone say I had such and such on my CCIE exam (not that it hasn't happened
here). In my opinoin anything other then saying something like that is not a
violation but then it doesn't really matter what I think when it comes to
the NDA or what anyone else might think for that matter.
It is not up to anyone on this list what violates the NDA. It is up to
Cisco. If a quesion bothers someone that much then why not just report it to
Cisco and let them decide. It certainly does no good to continously see
accusations, warnings and such on the list when what violates the NDA and
what doesn't isn't up to the list and it doesn't mean a whole lot unless
Cisco says there was a violation.
