Sorry for not reading your entire message in detail, or I would have
realized you have "no auto" in your EIGRP router(s) as shown in the
routing table. Anyway, to get back to your original question, here are
two explanations for the two networks you are trying to redistribute
into RIP.

1. RIPv1 will not allow you to "inject" 172.16.5.0/25 out the SAME
classful boundary with a mask of /24. Check DoyleVol.1's chapter on
Redistribution.

2. 192.168.1.0/29 will be redistributed by EIGRP into RIPv1 by using its
CLASSFUL boundary mask of /24. AUTO-SUMMARIZATION will occur at the
MAJOR class boundary during redistribution from EIGRP to RIP/IGRP and
this type of redistribution CANNOT be disabled.
