First of all, you cannot route OSPF. OSPF can be used to route IP.
Second - it is not clear from your email what exactly you are trying to do.
If you are trying to route between 2 vlans on 3550 you do not need any
routing protocol, since the switch will route between directly connected
vlans (assuming you configured vlan interfaces correctly). If there are more
routers/switches involved (you mentioned neighbor relationships) please post
your configs and draw a topology, so we can help you.
